In accordance with and in fulfillment of the requirements of the Building Control Act, as Assigned Certifier we offer:
- Preparation and service of Commencement Notices through the Building Management Control System.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and details produced by designers.
- Reviewing Fire Safety Application compliance reports.
- Reviewing Disability Access Certificate application compliance reports.
- Liaison with appointed contractor.
- Collating CE Mark information and Declarations of Performance for building products to be provided by the contractor.
- Issuing all appropriate Certification on completion.
