We have worked on behalf of Life Style Sports on the fit out of several shops across the Country including facilities at:

• MacDonagh Shopping Centre, Kilkenny
• Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Cork
• Mary Street, Dublin 1
• Pavilions Shopping Centre, Swords
• The Capitol, Patrick Street, Cork City

Brannigan Associates involvement included:

• Preparation and submission of Fire Safety Certificate applications.
• Preparation and submission of Disability Access Certificate applications.
• Fulfilling the roles of Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier as required under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.

We worked closely with the Interior Designer, Mechanical & Electrical Consultant and other members of the design team to ensure that technical issues of compliance were incorporated into the scheme as early in the design process to ensure no unexpected matters arose during construction.
