Station House Hotel

On behalf of Gallagher Hospitality Limited, we undertook the role of Architect and Project Manager for the construction of an 81 bedroom hotel in a town centre site in Letterkenny. The hotel included a large cafe bar and function suite and was fitted out to a luxurious standard.

Brannigan Associates designed and managed the entire project and provided services including:

• Interior design
• Specification
• Contract administration
• Fire Safety Certificate application
• Planning consultancy
• Planning Supervisor Design Process

The building was constructed within a 10 month contract period.
