The Alex Hotel

This project involved the transformation of one of the best known hotels in the heart of Dublin into a contemporary 4 star facility. Works included refurbishing ground and lower ground floor facilities such as the reception, lounge bar and function facilities. All 122 bedrooms were refurbished.

The client was Persian Properties.

We worked closely with the Interior Architect and other members of the design team and acted as:
