The Hudson Rooms

The Hudson Rooms project consisted of the fit out of a large gastropub at the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin 22. The client was Elite Gastropubs limited.

Brannigan Associates involvement included:

• Preparation and submission of the Fire Safety Certificate application.
• Preparation and submission of the Disability Access Certificate application.
• Fulfilling the role of Assigned Certifier as required under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.

We worked closely with the Interior Designer, Mechanical & Electrical Consultant and other members of the design team to ensure that technical issues of compliance were incorporated into the scheme as early in the design process to ensure no unexpected matters arose during construction.
